Once we understand your needs, wants and budget, you’ll receive a detailed estimate. If you’re looking for design support, we collaborate with AR Interiors, a trusted local expert known for her stylish, professional, and visionary approach. Or we have an amazing in house design team offering free 3D renderings, material samples and complete support through the whole process. We want this to be fun and exciting, not stressful.
Phase 2: Design, Prep, and Installation
Before work begins, we provide a locked-in timeline and keep you updated daily, even if you’re away on vacation — you can return to a beautifully completed space without stress. Our professional team treats your home with respect, cleaning up every day and sharing real-time updates through your client portal. And when the unexpected happens, we don’t make excuses — we solve problems. Joe, often called the “reno whisperer,” handles challenges with calm expertise, always keeping you informed and involved.
Phase 3: Final Touches & Ongoing Care
On your final project day, we walk through the space with you — tools still on-site — to catch any last adjustments before we wrap up. You’ll receive a warranty and material care kit, including a 25-year waterproofing warranty (Schluter Certified), plus 2-year warranties on tile installation and plumbing, with optional extended coverage. We also provide a custom care guide to help maintain your space. As a thank you, we leave a personalized gift — because the final touch matters.
